I can't believe that we are half way through the summer months....the time has flown by so fast! We have been so fortunate to be busy with lot's of fun trips and activities in the month of July. What it better than a family vacation in Lake Chelan for the fourth of July? We enjoyed lot's of fireworks, food, and relaxation, (not to mention entertainment from the little ones.)!!! When we got home we celebrated our dear dear friend Katie's big 30th birhtday in style!! We went on a cruise of Lake Union and had a blast! Oh, and yes...there was a pinata involved! Lastly, we had the most wonderful back backing trip with my sister's family! It was truly amazing, full of lot's of memories! I must say I was thoroughly impressed with my nieces, ages three and five, who not only carried their own back packs, but were total naturals and love the outdoors like the rest of the family!!! So much fun this summer so far, we can't wait to enjoy August!
