One Month Old

SO HAPPY TO BE ONE MONTH OLD!

How can I recap a month that is full of so many firsts and more joy than I could ever put into words!?! Emmalee Jaye is already one month old and we can not believe how fast the time has gone, not to mention how much she has grown!  At her first month check up she had gained 2 pounds and grown 2 inches!  She is a healthy little peanut and we are so proud of her ability to be an amazing sleeper, eater, and all around fantastic little baby. In the past few weeks Emmalee had her first REAL bath, her first trip to Lake Chelan, lot's of time with loved ones and friends, and of course tons of time with mom and dad.  We have been busy, but so happy and still find things every day that are new and make us laugh! With so many favorite memories this past month it is hard to choose ones that are the most special, but here are some of our most loved:

- Emmalee's smile and laugh...priceless personality!
-The abundance of footie pajamas Emmalee owns and goes through in a given day.
-Her ability to cry, laugh, and then fall asleep within the same minute
-Her incredible strength...such a grip and kick.
- Emmalee's coo and "talking"...making us constantly wonder what her voice will be like.
-Cuddle time-especially in the morning!
-The three of us together doing ANYTHING!
-And lastly, but most importantly, the amazing realization of what is most important in this world and how lucky Jason and I are to be blessed with such a precious gift.
