And Here We Are.....

Will is 6 months old today.  I literally feel like I blinked and my little boy, my joy, my little heart, is half way to one!  There is no way to describe how amazing this little man is, truly a treat in every way, and he has made being the parent of two such an easy transition.  Will is all the good a person could possibly be wrapped in one little package. There is nothing about Will that is difficult, or challenging, aside from maybe the time missing him when you are away from his glorious smile.  I can not thank this little man enough for the last six months. What a joy watching him grow, change, and become who he is going to become!  Every day I feel so lucky to be a part of seeing him become a person in this world that is going to be and do SO MUCH!  I am lucky to know him, let alone be his mother!  Will brought in his sixth months with a bang...celebrating at the ocean with his dad, sister, and myself!  We had the most amazing family vacation and enjoyed our time sailing kites, playing by the ocean, walking through the beautiful town and weather, swimming, and just spending lots and lots of quality time together.  This month was incredible for Will....he accomplished SO MUCH!  He started sleeping through the night, from 7pm to 5am!  So awesome!  On top of it, he goes to sleep like a champ!  Rock once or twice and he is ready to lay down and put himself to sleep....such a change for us!  He also is growing like a tree!!! and started eating food! Needless to say he loves it and has yet to not like a food...so far he loves cereal, bananas, and avocado!  Jason also would like to enter Will in army crawling competitions (if they exist), because he gets from point A to B before you can bat an eye lash!  It is seriously crazy how fast he can haul himself around a room.  On the flip side, he is also fully content sitting up (new this month too) and playing with a toy for a solid chunk of time!  Will's vocabulary of sounds is expanding every day, and he is almost to the point that we think he is trying to form actual words.  Again, constants that still make Will amazing are his smile, and absolute happy disposition!  Still not a care or worry in the world, except to take everyday in and enjoy every minute!  This boy is beyond anything I could have hoped for and he makes us LOVE every minute of our lives as the parents of two amazing little joys.
